To use, simply twist off the cap, remove the seal, and twist it back on. The cereal is completely cooked and ready to serve; just add the liquid of your choice. The easy mixing directions include pouring the desired amount of cereal in a bowl, stirring in milk or water to achieve the desired consistency, and serving as is or warming in the microwave. Always test the temperature before feeding, and discard any unfed cereal.
For microwave heating, warm unheated liquid at Medium (50% power) for 15-30 seconds, mix with cereal, stir to even out the temperature, and test before feeding.
Ingredients include whole grain wheat flour, whole grain oat flour, banana flakes, pearled barley flour, oat flour, strawberry-flavored bits, dried apples, potassium phosphate, natural apple flavor, red beet juice powder (color), and essential vitamins and minerals.
Note that this cereal contains wheat and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Use within 30 days after opening, and do not use if the seal is damaged. The package is sold by weight, not volume, and may not appear full due to settling of contents. Keep the package away from children.
