Methods to Brew Calming Blend:

1. Take 1-2 teaspoons of the Calming Blend in a teapot, French press, or reusable strainer.

2. For hot brew, infuse the blend in 250 ml of boiling water between 190F-205F.

3. Steep for 3-5 minutes.

4. Avoid water getting too hot or prolonged steeping to prevent bitterness.

5. Depress the French press or remove the strainer/infuser.

6. For cold brew, use the same blend-to-water ratio and infuse at room temperature for 4-12 hours.
