Methods to Brew Mountain Blend:

For a more intense flavor and taste, consider the traditional method: Boil 1-2 teaspoons of Mountain Blend in a small cooking pot for about 5 minutes. Add milk for masala chiya lovers (optional). Rest for 3 minutes, then strain and add sweetener as desired before serving.

In a teapot, infuse 2 teaspoons of the blend in 250 ml of boiling water (between 190F-205F). Steep for 5-7 minutes, add sweetener, strain, and serve.

For cold brew, use the same ratio in room temperature water and infuse for 4-12 hours.
