4. **Heating:** Power on the steamer and switch to "L" for normal face steaming or "H" for quick face steaming. Wait for approximately 3 minutes until you see water vapor emitting (steam rate: 100g/h).

5. **Steaming Face:** Sit in front of the steamer, bringing your face close to the steam mask. Adjust the distance based on the level of heat you feel. For nasal steaming, position it over your nose bridge.

6. **Stop:** Turn the switch to "0" to stop heating. Wait for at least 5 minutes, then remove the steam mask or nasal steamer, and empty any remaining water.

7. **Cleaning:** After steaming, rinse your face with cold water, then apply a moisturizing mask, cleanser, or cream.
